We have been busy building the social media profiles of The Greenwich Show. In five months we have increased number of followers on Twitter by 40%, and on Facebook by 8%.
The Greenwich Show is a hyper-local television show for the London Borough of Greenwich. Series 1 consisted of three shows which were aired from September to November 2014, with reports on local topics such as mudlarking on the Thames, and the changing landscape of the Greenwich Peninsula.
We believe our success comes from our having given the social profiles a good, consistent personality. It has also been very beneficial taking part in the popular ‘Greenwich Hour’ on Twitter, which takes place every Tuesday from 7.30pm.
